Correction: In the video clip, I say that the book by Allen C. Bluedorn is out of print. I was mistaken. I have learned from the author himself that the book is still in print and available from amazon.com, for example, for the price of USD 40.28. It is also available directly from the publisher Stanford University Press. So don’t be afraid: the book is regularly available, different than what I say in my remark in the video! Sorry for my mistake.
