Change Management (1992-2018): An obituary
Change Management lived a short, but fulfilled life, passing away at the tender age of 26. Some claim it was much, much older, though
You may have overlooked the news at the time:
In late 2018, Change Management died.
Already at a very young age, Change Management became wildly popular, first in the US and then on the international stage. He experienced Justin-Bieber-style fame, and everybody was talking and writing about him, during his early years. Some of the stories told about Changey were real, but many were just made up. He did not deal well with his early success, however, which led to substantial abuse of toxic substances, especially in later stages of its life. He went on to experience disappointment and some depression.
Overall, Change Management lived a loud, noisy and extravagant life, with probably way too much partying. He has been replaced by a successor not from the US, but from Europe, and of somewhat different character, called OpenSpace Beta. OpenSpace Beta prefers a much quieter life-style. It may be said she is a bit more introverted. Born in 2018, just at the time when Change Management passed away, OpenSpace Beta is now still of small stature, for sure, but she is very much adored by all who have encountered her. She is quite bold for her age and a surprisingly tough fighter. Learn more about her, get to know her! She lives at openspacebeta.com, very near to you.
The handbook on the OpenSpace Beta approach,
authored by Silke Hermann and Niels Pflaeging, was published by BetaCodex Press, and is now in its 3rd (revised and updated) edition. It is available from booksellers everywhere.
