This workshop format is specifically designed for discourse between colleagues and “experts” with a connection to professional software development. The hosts of the day are organizational researchers, consultants, software entrepreneurs, and TOSD co-inventor Niels Pflaeging, together with TOSD Associate, qomenius CTO, and developer Andreas Schlegel.
This day is all about foundations, concepts, methods, and insights related to Time orientation, to the approach of Time-Oriented Software Development (TOSD) in teams and companies, the implementation of a TOSD system, and much more.
It’s a day dedicated to conversation and exchange between experts: developers, development managers, IT managers, IT consultants, agilists, and entrepreneurs, Studio Red42 in Wiesbaden. We take a constructively-critical approach in this format: we don’t want to discuss why it doesn’t work, but rather what works, why it works and how it can work.
